I'm sorry to hear about your dog Maryanne. I had something very similar happen with my cat 5 years ago. I've always felt I was to blame somehow even though I've always been careful about using non-toxic cleaners, etc.

Does your dog have brown stains in the feet or face? As Barbara has mentioned, check the food with your veternarian because certain dog foods could be causing the dogs system to produce yeast toxins, that is a major cause of allergy toxins.
