Majik, a lab mix who is now seven years old. He is one massive bundle of energy.
How we met:
I was taking my other dogs, Princess (RIP) and Dusty (RIP) to the groomers at Petco and one of the employees there had rescued a pregnant lab mother from Mexico and brought her over the border to SD. Three days later Majik was born. I knew immediatly I wanted him, with his adorable white patch on his chest and all black coat. I begged my mom for a week, then he came home with us.
Pet likes:
Going for walks, chasing me around, being chased around by me, he loves going to the vet to get his butt glands cleaned, me throwing his fetch, back massages, chest rubs, butt scratches, sticking his head out the window
Pet dislikes:
Loud noises, fireworks, furbys, just about any inatimate object that can move or make loud sounds. We have four people in the house so he's rarely left alone, but when he is he really does not like that.
Pet’s favorite spot:
Scratching on his butt, his floppy ears, back massages, or a good old fashioned belly rub.
Pet’s favorite toy:
His fetch. We have a long hallway and a long, grassy stretch in the backyard, so either if it's sunny or raining he gets his exercise.
Pet’s silliest habit:
Majik is about 90 lbs, but he is a big fraidy-cat. I have literally seen him jump up and start howling and barking because he farted in the middle of his sleep and scared himself.
Pet’s sweetest moments:
Too many to count, they happen every day.
I crack up when my pet:
Scares himself.
My pet is unique because:
He looks mean and big but he is scared of his own farts and will lick you to death.

melissa, all the above cover the sorrow for your lost well and as they I so know your pain my peanut was with me such a short time , and always in my heart as all are but he a very special place, 4 years and my heart still breaks but this is not good and they would not want us to suffer so.We are all ,I believe praying for you to fine peace and know dusty will always be with you and now with our Lord he is well and gives us even more real reason to make that our home one day when it is right and , when that day comes look up ,he will be there waiting for you.For me this is as important as it is that my human babies and others are waiting too, for those who find fault in our love of animals being so strong, forgive they just don't and can not unerstand, all flesh came from God and out of Him and of this earth, they , the animals are just the only innocent ones .Oh and forgive the poor dumb preachers ,some are you know, some, well??, anyway the fools that say animals have no soul, not like ours maybe? they sure do not have to repent, they are covered, but soul? anyone who has and really loves a pet friend/child KNOWS better! lov and hugs ,jenniecarroll(jc) tulsa,ok
My twelve year dog (German Shep/Lab mix) broke, rather shattered his hind leg. From an X-ray his vet diagnosed bone cancer. Upon insisting for a biopsy, they did a biospy and the biopsy results were negative for cancer. The break is around his akle.…
