My website or blog:
http://peaceatlast.wordpress.com/
Proud pet parent of:
a farm full of rescued animals.
Pet likes:
Having me nearby. Tummy rubs.
Pet dislikes:
me leaving the property.
Pet’s favorite spot:
on top of me, beside me, touching me or in very close proximity. ALL of them. 5 acres and they'll all be crowded up in a tiny square around me.
Pet’s favorite toy:
I'm having difficult time with these questions because there's so many answers I could write a book!
My pet is unique because:
she's a pig and doesn't know it. Her name is Fancy and she lives up to it.

A little about me and what I do...

Be sure to connect with me on skype View my profile I was born and raised on a farm with horses, dogs, cats, chickens, pigs, goats, cows, iguana, mynah bird, and even a woolly monkey. All I've ever known is animals. I worked as a Vet Tech for 12 years, then owned a Pet Sitting Service for 10 years and worked three years as an animal control officer before opening my feed store in 2004 which I closed this last July. All the while working with horses as well. I've been told I have a gift with animals. Which leads to what I am doing presently. I have a self funded animal rescue which means I foot the bill. Since the farm and the animals are a full time job in itself I support the rescue with online programs. There are many who ask how they can help besides just the programs so I've created a chipin. With the chipin people can 'chip in" whenever and whatever they want. You are even welcome to sponsor one of the animals. There are dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, pot bellied pigs, a goat, horses, a parakeet and an umbrella cockatoo that currently reside here. All of these animals are abandoned and/or abused. I get the hard cases, the ones even other rescues were unable to care for so many are here to stay. These programs and peoples continued support is what gives these animals a chance for "Peace At Last."

Sorry Barbara....I've heard to many horror stories about this group to think they've done anything good. They might be trying to do good but they're failing from all I've read and heard about them. If you know something different I'd appreciate hear…

You are kidding right? Just how much do YOU really know about this group? Or are you, like with the Justice story, posting something that you received second hand and took to be the truth? And for anyone to be so arrogant to ASSume that this suppose…

Renee, your mistake was an honest one. It's a shame that the child can't see it for that and continues to spew her venom. What I posted about fullmoon farms is what I know about them from seeing them on the news and the problems they've had over the…
