I adopted him from the ASPCA in Chester County, Pennsylvania. He was a shy, mild-mannered dog that just wanted to pee on the fence and get his chest scratched.
Pet likes:
Ice cubes, bully sticks, his little buddy Bella (my sister's dog, Boston Terrier/Jack Russell), and finding a nice, warm patch of sun to curl up in.
Pet dislikes:
Anything that could be described as a loud, banging noise (scampers to the basement) and very much dislikes the dark (only in the summer though, I have a sneaking suspicion he fears the bug sounds)
Pet’s favorite spot:
On my couch/on top of me (65 lb lap dog!) or in his Cody-Cave (the space under my bed where I store my bean bag chair, which quickly turned into his bed when he came home with us)
Pet’s favorite toy:
He isn't a big fan of dog toys, he prefers to wrestle and run around with a person.
Pet’s silliest habit:
He gets charging up and down the hallway playing the chase game with me and he has a straight shot to the couch so with all his speed he leaps into the couch (which is rather fluffy to absorb the impact) and bounces off to gain speed for the run the other way down the hallway.
Pet’s sweetest moments:
Whenever he's laying with the little dog Bella she curls up against his stomach, they look so funny together!
I crack up when my pet:
Tries to scratch his back on the floor...he tries to push himself off the couch to scratch it but ultimately gets annoyed and comes to one of us hoping for some nails on his fur.
My pet is unique because:
He is the least confrontational dog I've ever met. He doesn't even bark when someone knocks on the door. He couldn't care less about what else is going on as long as he has a comfy spot to relax.

I had no issue initially, and if any one of those people asked me to help them with saving an animal I would still do it in a heartbeat, because that is the only thing which matters. However I cannot speak and to quote you for the other "side."

Thank you Darrell. I really appreciate you compliment. CHRISTMAS is my favorite holiday. I have a senior with bad allergies so I am sharing with my experience.
"IMO it no longer matters who has started it. It only matters that it ends now. I think it would be peachy keen if all future posts in this thread would concern the thread topic and that alone."
There is no "they" -- only "us." "We" need to get alo…
