- How we met:
- At Michigan Humane Society, Westland. She was brought into the room, and, pretty as you please, climbed into the empty chair and sat, waiting for us to come to her and give pets. We knew we had to keep her.

- Belly scritches, sausage gravy, car rides, long walks, snuggles...
- Pet dislikes:
- Rain
- Pet’s favorite spot:
- The bed, after kicking mommy and daddy to the floor
- Pet’s favorite toy:
- Daddy's hand, it's a living moving chew toy!
- Pet’s silliest habit:
- Yelling at Daddy for filling in the holes she worked so hard to dig up
- Pet’s sweetest moments:
- When she knows she's done something wrong, she just gets real quiet and slinks into your lap and snuffles her head under your hand and licks your fingers.
- I crack up when my pet:
- Chases her own tail, and upon catching it, bites down and holds, still running in circles
- My pet is unique because:
- Coming from a high-bark breed, she really doesnt bark that often. When playing and when meeting new people she thinks might be a threat to her handicapped mommy, or when the dogs next door get her riled, and even that one they really have to upset her to get her going.

Turkey Day
There are days I just don't know what to do with my Missy. Brian let her out last night for her before-bed potty, and the next thing I know, he is walking her down the hall to me saying that she got loose and went visiting the neighbors. The issue of her geting loose is supposed to be impossible, Brian insists on a choke chain vs. a regular collar, so she can' slip out of it. Her chain is one of those rust-proof cables, supposed to hold up to 100 lbs, and Missy is less than half that. It is a

Rain Cat
It has been raining all day here, which makes my Missy not want to go outside. She will actually not drink or eat to avoid having to potty. Anyhow, I went to the grocery store to get some Turkey Day treats for Missy, and when I came home, there was a soaking wet cardboard box shaking on my porch, marked "Mystery". I took it inside, and (thank goodness I tore the duct tape off rather than cutting it like I usually do!) there was a large black and white cat inside! Poor pitiful thing. Unfortuna
