My husband and I met Callie when she was 3 days old when we went to meet the poodle breeder in Hackettstown, New Jersey in November 2002.
Pet likes:
Callie likes long walks in Central Park where she can meet other doggies and lots of people, especially children.
She loves to have playdates at our apartment and loves to have company come over.
She loves Grammy's Pot Pie Merrick brand food and organic white meat chicken and turkey and vegetables.
She loves to play hide and seek with us!
Pet dislikes:
When one of us gets out of the car when we are traveling.
Pet’s favorite spot:
Snuggled next to her Daddy in his big leather chair.
Pet’s favorite toy:
Callie loves Duckie, a small yellow fluffy duck that is her baby. She brings Duckie to greet you when you come to visit. And she takes Duckie to bed with her every night.
Pet’s silliest habit:
When Callie is very excited at home, especially after her bath, she will run around the living room like a gazelle jumping up and down on the furniture and running around the sofa and chairs, back and forth, back and forth until she poops out!
Pet’s sweetest moments:
When Callie nestles her head into my shoulder when I carry her.
I crack up when my pet:
winks at me!! We taught her to wink!
My pet is unique because:
Callie is such a good listener and will stop and listen to every word I say waiting for trigger words that mean something to her. We talk to her constantly and she really understands us.
