How we met:

Binky & Patches, the toy poodles, came from a poodle rescue facility in Williamsburg, Va. Patches II, was a Hurricane Wilma refuge from the FL. Keys. It can get confusing with two Patches around. Caet, our cat, was a stray that kept hanging around our house for about a month just knowing that I, much to my wifes dismay, would let her move in....& I did....Caet passed away on Sept. 3 2009. Rest in peace my baby Caet
Which now brings to mind, the newest addition, Lucy. She was a starving, abandoned stray I found along side of a country road on August 27 2009, my birthday of all days! After getting her treated for everything under the sun, getting her fattened back up & trying to find her a home & every shelter from Jacksonville to Pensacola with no luck, it's looking like she has found shelter here in my home BUT....any body looking for a good dog????

Pet’s silliest habit:

Binky kicks all four legs when he's mad or frustrated about something stupid. He's got a little bed on the couch. When he wants down if nobody's in the room, he barks like" Hey somebody come get me off this darn couch, I can't do it by myself!" He's the smallest one of the bunch but he's the big boss of all of em. Patches lays spread eagle & turns in circles smacking his little stubby front paws on the floor. And farts scare him to death. Soon as you cut one he bolts, it;s hilarious! Patches II rolls on any of the toys she happens to fancy at the moment & cringes at Binky when she's trying play with one of his toys because everything belongs to his selfish little butt! One grose thing about her is when my wife Missy comes home from work, her routine is to take off her shoes & socks & kick back. She has stinky feet, can't help it, runs in her family. I gag as I'm throwing the shoes out the door but Patches loves it. She'll lick her feet with long, slow hard licks just like a long, wet, passionate kiss. I about throw up. Caet talks allot, not a whining meow but talks to us. She'll sit there calmly planning her attack. As one of the dogs happens to walk by she'll reach out & give em a big swat on the nose, then rub up against them & meow. The dogs don't know how to act! Oh yeah, the thing that really cracks me up is when the dogs are outside taking their morning poop, Binky's just getting started on a good one & Patches the poodle comes over, hikes his leg & pees on him like he's marking his spot, it's hysterical!
