I was to adopt another kitten the day after I had to put Tyler to sleep (renal failure), but a day after this one kitten and I bonded, I got the call that the kitten had an upper respiratory infection and would be on meds for tens days. I did NOT want a sick cat right off the bat. I went back to my Petco, but couldn't see what I was looking for (orange, male, kitten). They did have a poster board with photos of exactly what I was looking for at another Petco in the area. I went there, and by the end of the day, "Cheeto" from Small Miracles Rescue in Ellicott City, Maryland was in a new loving home. I renamed him Trey, because he was my third cat. Ironically, the sweet lady who runs the rescue (and shows her cats at Petco) used to work in my vets office. This was definitely destiny!
Pet likes:
Sinks! And water running. And being up high on top of the refrigerator. And he loves to play with toys.
Pet dislikes:
Nothing really. He's a comical sweetheart!
Pet’s favorite spot:
Under the bed where he has ripped the white lining so he has a hammock effect going on.
Pet’s favorite toy:
ANYTHING with a pole and feathers at the end (like fishing poles)
Pet’s silliest habit:
Climbing into the kitchen sink and mewing so I will run in and either run some water for him, or just scratch him.
Pet’s sweetest moments:
When he brings me his toys. He either wants to play, or he wants the company.
