Sunburst, Shadow, Godfather & Cisco (3 Oscar fish/1 Goldfish)

How we met:

My husband got Scooby as a puppy because he's always wanted a Great Dane.
My husband brought Mueller home (from a co-worker) when she was 1 wk. old. Her mother had died & we had been arguing & he took one of the kittens because he knew I would love it & handfeed her.
Gizmo, Neptune & Blueberry were supposed to be temporary pets until I could find homes for them. A neighbor had left the pregnant mom (Blueberry) & she gave birth in our garage. We found homes for 2 kittens & kept the mom & other 2 & had them fixed.
Jamesy was left at our house by a "friend" of my husbands that stayed w/ us about a month. He just left his cat! (Grrr!) So we kept her & renamed her. Didn't really want another pet, but I can't turn away any animals.
Our Oscar Sunburst, we adopted from a petstore. The owner had returned it & we happened to have a huge tank that would accommodate him. We already had Shadow & Godfather 2 other Oscars & Cisco is just one lucky feeder goldfish that escaped becoming dinner & is now almost as big as 2 of the Oscars!

Pet likes:

Scooby: Being played with, eating, snuggling, treats, toys, carrides, playing outside & playing w/ our cats believe it or not. lol
Mueller, Gizmo, Neptune, Blueberry & Jamesy all like being loved on, snuggling, treats/toys, chasing bugs, sleeping.
Sunburst, Godfather & Shadow like ping pong balls & treats & when I blow kisses thru the aquarium. Cisco just likes surviving.

Pet dislikes:

Scooby likes almost everyone & everything, he's a "gentle giant" ~ a big lovebug. The rare times he doesn't like someone, I listen to him, because I know he knows best. He does not like being teased as most animals wouldn't.
All my cats don't like Scooby after a while, they will only tolerate his playfulness for so long. lol
My fish don't like their aquarium decorations or my filter system since they always tear them up or rearrange them. lol

Pet’s favorite spot:

Scooby: On our bed or on the end of our L shaped couch. The end kind of goes out like a lounger & he's taken over it. That's just his spot.
The cats like the bed, high places, the garage (they have kitty towers) & especially a warm lap.
Sunburst & Shadow stay in the middle alot, Godfather spends alot of tiem moving gravel w/ his mouth & hiding behind his mounds. Cisco just stays where the others aren't usually.

Pet’s favorite toy:

Scooby: Large Spiderman stuffed animal. It was a gift to my son, but Scooby took over it & carries it around & sleeps w/ it.
Mueller, Gizmo, Blueberry, Jamesy & Neptune: catnip mouse, jack balls & just about anything that moves.
My Oscars love ping pong balls & will bat them around the water.

Pet’s silliest habit:

Scooby has a very distinct & loud yawn when he needs to go out & use the bathroom, but it sounds kinda funny. He raises his eyebrows up & down when anyone has food & that's cute & funny.
My cats just look silly when they play sometimes. I guess my fish don't really have any silly habits. Except maybe when they try to race each other to the food.

Pet’s sweetest moments:

Almost all moments w/ my pets are the sweetest. They do so many wonderful things & sweet things, it's hard to narrow it down. I really love when my dog or cats actually hug me & I think one of my fish tries to kiss me. lol

I crack up when my pet:

When Scooby gallops & pounces he's pretty comical. Mueller is hilarious, she gets the look in her eyes like the cat on Shrek when she plays & it's adorable & soooo funny! And she actually gets weird looks like she's annoyed when I put her in the litter box or remove her from my lap.
My fish Godfather will actually move w/ me like he's dancing & he does it if I dance in front of the aquarium & I give them all kisses on the glass, but he actually comes up to my mouth & kisses at the glass too. It's so funny & cute! Gizmo cracks me up because he is the only cat that will actually dive off of high places to land on the dog or other cats. Like he's at some kind of stunt cat rehearsals or something. Too funny. He's brave though. You'd be surprised how high that cat will dive from!

My pet is unique because:

All my pets are unique & special because they have their own personalities & do things their own way just like humans. Everything about them makes them unique. :)
