Proud pet parent of:

Eli (sunstra's the Entertainer) An Alaskan Malamute, and Mya, a Siberian Husky/Alaskan Malamute mix. And I must mention my clan's Gaurdian Angel Quannah ( Named for the Native American hero Quannah Parker) An Akita/ Malamute mix who passed away Nov.15,2007. I know he's watching over us all.

How we met:

I was looking for a puppy actually , And was looking for either a Malamute or an Akita . My previous companion was an Akita/Malamute cross and was like my little brother. Anyway one of the breeders we contacted told us she had a young Malamute male who was a little small for a show dog . And asked if we'd consider him. We drove up and met him and it was love at first sight ! He came home with us that day.

Pet likes:

Lots of attention , and running... and can he run ! And snow , doggie massages. And he really likes his obedience training .

Pet dislikes:

The vacum cleaner

Pet’s favorite spot:

Where ever his dad is , he's like his shadow.

Pet’s silliest habit:

Walking backwards and Woooing when we feed him .

Pet’s sweetest moments:

hard to pick one . He's really a swetheart , I guess when he cuddles . Which he loves doing.

I crack up when my pet:

Chases that big fluffy tail .

My pet is unique because:

I've been told that he is one of the few malamutes folks have seen who is obedience trained off leash . He's not nearly as hard headed as his breed is supposed to be .
