Profile Information

Proud pet parent of:
Cats Missy, Astro, Rocy. Dogs Ginger, Sir John, Purdy Girl. Gunnie Pigs Squicky and Bed Head, Brownie, Baby. Ferrits: Cagney and Lacey. Hamster: Snowball.
How we met:
Missy was a recent addopted cat from a friend whos daughter developed sevear allergies to cats, Astro and his 4 syblings were rescued by me at 12 weeks old as ferrow kittens after their mother gave birth to them under a shed. I caught them all and got them all fixed including the mother. I found them all homes after taming them down. Ginger was my husbands dog that he had before we got married. She was gotten after a neighbors pit Bull got into his yard and killed his yorkie. Sir John was a christmas present to me two years ago from my husband. Rocky, Purdy Girl and Cinniman were all adopted from our local Humane Society Shelter and Bed Head was adopted from a private shelter in our area.
Pet likes:
Food, Food, and more Food. Chasing each other, sleeping, and seeing what they can get into. They are spoiled rotten. They each have their own clothing, including the cats. Parking their back side in my face when I am trying to sleep. Rocky likes to attack my hair at 1 a.m. and sit on my laptop when I have a paper due for class.
Pet dislikes:
Baths, the vet, the groomer.
Pet’s favorite spot:
Our bed, all 3 cats and all 3 dogs at once. The more room they have, and the less we have the happier they are.
Pet’s favorite toy:
Sir John: a stuffed monkey. Ginger: Does not play with toys.
Missy: The dogs tail. Astro: Anything that moves Rocky: My hair when I'm trying to sleep. Squicky and Bed Head: They love teasing the cats because they know they cant get to them. Purdy Girl: my toes.
Pet’s silliest habit:
Sir John acts like he's a cat. Missy attacks paper comming out of the printer. Astro watches animal planet and tries to play with the animals on the t.v. screen. Ginger snores worse than my husband. Rocky he's just a nut; I think he was droped on his head as a kitten or something because he chases things that are not there.
Pet’s sweetest moments:
When they are asleep; this means they are not getting into something they know they shouldent.
I crack up when my pet:
Missy and Astro are chasing Sir John through the house. Missy our big cat in the photo kicks the dogs off her spot on the bed and steals their food, with them watching. (She is the alpha animal in the house and knows it :))
My pet is unique because:
They are mine, and all but one are rescues. The one that is not a rescue alerts me when our noah weather raido goes off, because I am deaf in one ear and do not hear it.
