LOL, good for him, I LOVE IT. Just looking at his picture makes me want to just pick him up and squeeze him. He is such a doll. Has he ever been in any contests for cutest puppy, if not he should be.
That's funny, Sly is very protective of my daughters. He's attacked 3 boys in the neighborhood for teasing them, although he can do any damage, all the boys are scared of him. He thinks he's a rottweiler. The neighbors across the street have a tzu and a rott and Sly prefers to play with the rott.
You won't be sorry. They are differnent. Shih-Tzu's are friendlier. Lhasa's are more protective as they are watch dogs if you can beleive that :-), extremely loyal to their masters and go to ends of the earth for you. I could go on and about my Sasha, my shining star, that I dedicate this website and everthing else to but it would take forever. I lost her to cancer 4+ years ago and it feels like just yesterday.
Absolutely, I can understand why. I had two Shih-Tzus myself. My first one died from distemper. My vet said "I" refused the distemper shot. Uh huh. I'm not a vet but have enough experience with dogs to know that that is a required shot and that was very heart breaking for me when she died. She is the little black dog you see me with here and the other Shih-Tzu is named Sheena. That little girl was my baby. I joined the military and since they don't allow you to take your "kids" to basic my mother kept her for me and decided to "KEEP" her and wouldn't give her back. I decided to try out a Lhasa and from then on I've been Lhasa smitten.
I agree about the lack of postings. I recently signed up in the hopes to have some wonderful discussions about Gsd but I have not seen the thought provoking conversations I know we all wish for.
So here is what I have been working on with my Gsd's-…
The pups are doing great. There are 2 boys and 1 girl. It was a small litter but that's ok. Here last litter was of 7. I am looking for another female to breed with my male this summer.
funny thing is i have seen more agressive little dogs then i do with bigger and med sized dogs. my sister was chased by 10 wennie dogs and was bitten. she to this day is scared to death, in tears freaking out and crying becuz there is a little dog.…
