3 cats- Zelda, Xena and Buddy. Also my bunny, Angel.
How we met:
Zelda and Xena's former owners needed a new home for them, so I took them in. Buddy was a kitten I found outside in the winter and took him in. Angel my bunny belonged to my husbands son. He decided he didn't want her anymore so I took her.
Pet likes:
Using the house as a racetrack. But when it's bedtime they all hog the bed. Except the bunny. She likes to run and play. Her favorite are cardboard rolls from toilet paper.
Pet dislikes:
cat treats are a no no. They don't like them. That's a good thing. Buddy is afraid of thunder and the bunny. Zelda doesn't like the bunny either. And Xena doesn't like people except for me, her mama.
Pet’s favorite spot:
Xena's favorite spots are either in her cat bed or on top of my head when I'm sleeping. Zelda likes my husbands lap or the floor in my closet. Buddy likes the back of my couch or the kitchen counter when he thinks I don't know about it. Angel bunny likes to lay under furniture.
Pet’s favorite toy:
All three cats love shoe laces and cat nip. Buddy likes golf balls too. Angel bunny likes her toilet paper rolls, bells and a ball made of wicker.
Pet’s silliest habit:
Buddy is obsessed with playing in a wet bathtub and loves to play with ice cubes in his water bowl. Xena has a thing for refried beans from taco bell, she will only eat them if they are on my finger. Angel bunny likes to jump in the air and spin with her head and butt along side eachother. The term for that is "Binky" If u rub the back of Zeldas back leg she sticks it straight in the air. I call that "turkey leg".
Pet’s sweetest moments:
All three cats love to snuggle and get under the covers at night or lay by my head on the pillow. That's the only time that they behave. HaHa. Angel bunny falls asleep if you rub between her ears. It's adorable.
I crack up when my pet:
I find it amusing just watching them play. It's a real comedic act.
My pet is unique because:
They are all unique but it's hard to put into words. I just love them.
C.U.R.S. can need any number of fosters at a given time - depending on
as needed basis. There are always more dogs than foster homes. We
gladly accept fosters in any area of the U. S. and have even had Canada
fosters.
This rescue is dedicated to helping Catahoula Leopard Dogs, Curs, and
mixes (dogs and/or cats). The organization PAYS all vet expenses and
provides meds. Fosters supply loving home, food, toys, etc. We place
our dogs and pups in homes that we feel will provide a safe, nurturing
environment. Catahoulas are active dogs and do need at least one hour
of exercise a day to keep them healthy and happy.
I agree to that. chains just build up their musecle mass and the muzzles just make it look like they are agressive and they bite. that makes them become anti-social. that then could cause some agression to new people. like some dogs become protectiv…

I agree about the lack of postings. I recently signed up in the hopes to have some wonderful discussions about Gsd but I have not seen the thought provoking conversations I know we all wish for.
So here is what I have been working on with my Gsd's-…
