My Bubby Boy (Pittbull) and Dixie Girl (Rott and Chow Mix) and Cali our crazy cat!
How we met:
Billy or Bubby as we call him...came to me when he was just a few months old. He was given to me from a family that didn't have the resources to have a puppy. I gladly took him in and have loved every second of having him in my life! RIP, Bubby Boy! Killed by Ignorance! My Dixie Girl was given to me by my Fiance...She is just the prettiest and most special dog out there. Full of spunk and heart! Cali was brought to me by my mother...She was literally born in a barn! She's so much fun to be around! We call her the crazy cat...she refuses to eat regular cat food, so, we have to buy special dog food for her to eat..haha...I think she believes that she's a dog too!
Pet likes:
Well, Bubby liked protecting Cali!! Dixie and Cali don't see eye-to-eye sometimes :) so, Bubby was always there to let Dixie know that he had Cali's side! :) Bubby also loved his afternoon snacks when I got home from work...he always waited at the front door wagging tail and that precious doggie smile on his face, man, I miss him so much! Dixie on the other hand likes to chase the cat, although, she never hurts her...! She also loves her afternoon snacks and the waterhose! She could chase a waterhose all day long if I'd let her! Cali just likes being lazy and chasing bugs...and me in the middle of the night!
Pet dislikes:
Bubby was such an easy dog...he really didn't have any dislikes!
Dixie doesn't like when we leave the house and not take her for a ride! She pouts for hours if we leave without her! She's our spoiled princess!
Cali is an easy girl too...really the only thing she doesn't like is cat food...
Pet’s favorite spot:
Bubby slept right at the foot of my bed on his blanket...he knew when bedtime was and would nudge me to the room if he was tired!
Dixie likes lazing around on the front porch watching the birds!
Cali is the spunky one and you can almost always find her in an Oak Tree in the front yard!
Pet’s favorite toy:
All of them enjoy balls...footballs, basketballs, softballs...they like it all! I make it a daily routine to play out in the yard and make sure they get their exercise and play time!
Pet’s silliest habit:
Bubby, always had his tounge sticking out! He looked like a catfish! He was so hilarious!
Dixie thinks she's sneaky and will lay by the counter where her treats are and pull the table cloth down and try to get them! I call her my little Ninja :)
Cali likes to run laps around the livingroom...She's so funny...She will literally run for an hour! I'm surprised that I don't have a little kitty road indented in my floor where she runs!
Pet’s sweetest moments:
Bubby knew if I was ever sad. He would sit on my feet and just lay there. He'd look up and lick my hands or something it was like he was just letting me know that he knew I was upset and that everything would be ok!
Dixie was so sweet when we lost Bubby. She followed me everywhere and just sat with me. That's unusual for her because she is so hyper! It was very sweet though because it was like we were grieving together.
I crack up when my pet:
I love to take them swimming (The dogs) They just have a blast!
Cali cracks me up when she sees a mirror! She'll sneak around it and crouch down like she's in attack mode! It never fails, she'll attack herself in the mirror and go back for more! She's silly!
My pet is unique because:
They are all unique in their own little ways. They all have a personality of their own! The one common thing is that I love them all so much!

Jodi, I have a friend going through the same problem. Even she will admit the problem is her. She is very anxious and the dogs can sense that. It is not a coincidence that the dogs never fought when she wasn't around. I totally agree with Claire a...
