Our latest foster is Chloe, German Shepherd/Akita Mix, spayed and taken off the e-list hours before her time was up. She is an 11 month old pup and has the dominance of the German Shepherd Breed. She will be 1 years old on March 24, 2009. I have her story under Helping Animals.How's everything going? Comanchee, that loveable, huggable guy! A new pic's you can post on your page? Did you see the German Shepherd Group someone started it's under Groups.

Ms. Debbie promised me she will do what she can to find my parents. She asked if I was microchipped. But, I didn't know what that meant. She asked how old I was, but I didn't want to tell her... the whole stranger danger thing. She said, I will come in a few minutes because it's starting to rain. She has to fix my area. Good, cause I prefer to stay dry...where are my brothers?

Oh, I am finally meeting the last of the three dogs who live here, Cappucino (No offense, but I think he looks like a cow!).
Too nervous to eat. But, I drank some saltwater from the pool. Notice the ring on my nose. Where's my brothers?

Hardened police officers have been shocked by the horrifying torture, mutilation and brutal slaying of a seven month old fox terrier puppy near Mackay at the weekend.
If found guilty, they could face up to two years in prison. Police have obtained video footage from a mobile phone which shows graphic images of the puppy yelping and howling in terrible pain as it hacked to pieces with garden shears and a pocked knife.
They said the owners were too distressed to talk to anyone about it.
The pups nose was cut off, its front right leg and rear left leg were cut off and it was decapitated. A three-part video series on a mobile phone shows the dog being tortured.
The maximum penalty under the Animal Care and Protection Act for such an offence is $75,000 or two years in jail; however the maximum penalty ever handed out has been a four month jail term.
WE BELIEVE THESE MEN SHOULD RECIEVE THE MAXIMUN PENALTY AVAILABLE IN AUSTRALIA FOR THIS SADISTIC, DISGUSTING ACT.
