I Pity The Fool That Doesn't Like Pitties!!

Proud pet parent of:

Duchess is my baby. She is a pitbull mix and the love of my life.

How we met:

I adopted her from the South Los Angeles animal shelter, when I was living out there. She was clearly used for fighting and was overbred. Then she got sick with pyometra and was dumped at the shelter to die. I got her the day she was scheduled to be put down. She has been with me for 4 years now. Rescuing her was the best day of my life.

Pet likes:

Duchess loves food! She is a always happy to get a snack. Just like her mom!! haha!! She loves her stuffed animals too, and her little brother Buddy. He's a cavalier king charles, and she kisses him all day long.

Pet dislikes:

She's not a big fan of cats, measuring tapes, or thunderstorms.

Pet’s favorite spot:

Duchess loves to be on the bed with me. She hogs it all night and sometimes I fall off! haha!! But I don't mind. She deserves a nice comfy bed after what she has been through in her life.

Pet’s favorite toy:

Her favorite toy changes occassionally, but right now she seems to really like her baby doll. She licks it and licks it and licks it...

Pet’s silliest habit:

She can burp like a sailor!!

Pet’s sweetest moments:

She loves to snuggle up and kiss everyone she meets. She is the most loving dog I've ever met. It just goes to show that no matter the breed or life circumstances, they can still be the most forgiving and gentle creatures.

I crack up when my pet:

Farts! She can clear a room!!

My pet is unique because:

She always seems to know when someone needs a little extra love. She will nuzzle and make sure you know she cares.
