This is a group for anyone who wants to voice any opinion that they have on pit bulls. Whether you like them or not, you have a right to your own opinion . Just as long as you remember, If We Kill The Innocent, We Become The Enemy!
They could be part of a feral colony "capture, neuter, and release" program - clipping the ear is a common way of those groups of marking and tracking the cats. Especially if it appears "uniform" in any way.

Report him immediately to your local SPCA or animal control officers! Also, see if ant TNR groups could hep you relocate them. Could you or an of your neighbors take some of them in?
