I just read below some responses to some query you had about Tigger hissing. My Piccolo hisses and spits when he is overheated or out of breath. At first, I thought he was being aggressive towards me. He initially started this when he was very young, about 5-6 months old. I would play with him with and being a kitten, he would play until ready to drop. That was when he hissed and spit. I quickly realized this reaction was not directed to me. Did you ever resolve the issue?
Tracy.
Hi,
I was not sure if anyone had responded, but I found these values on an internet animal hospital site: 101 to 101.2 is normal for cats. The site also reminded that "Temperatures outside these values do not automatically indicate that a disease or disorder is present."
When my herpes kitty is having an 'episode', he will run a little hotter than normal because his system is busy fighting off the virus. I hope all is well with your felines.
Tracy.
Hello again and thanks for your message.
Congratulations on both your grand children... it must be very exciting!
I think we will just let Marshy be and see what happens. May be some kind of miracle happens and she gets better... you never know! I pray to God to help her get well... I believe only God can make it right! And if it does not happen, may be there is really a reason for that and may be some day I will understand...
Hello Kay.
Thank you for your comment... Yes, I agree... I don't want her to suffer more through chemo therapy or radiation therapy. Just going to the vet makes her feel uncomfortable and I know she hates that! But watching her condition getting worse and not knowing what do to is killing me. I thought may be its best to just let her be and continue loving her and taking care of her as if there is nothing wrong. I talk to her a lot letting her know how much we love her. I don't know if animals think or feel like us humans, but I think every creature understand the language of love! With my baby due in 2 weeks I have so many things on my mind and it just breaks my heart to see Marshy this way... She's only 2 years old and does not deserve this. But the world has never been fair!!!
Thank you again and sorry for my loooong comment! Your cats are adorable...
God bless you all,
Bita
