ASPCA can only enforce animal cruelty statutes in the state of New York??
This is the response from the ASPCA to an e-mail I sent them about the PETSMART cruelty issue. Did anyone else here know that the ASPCA can only enforce animal cruelty statutes in the state of NY?

My experience at PETSMART
If you have your own PETSMART experience, please post it on my page or in one of my discussions so that I can add it to my fight against this cruelty!
I went to PETSMART the other day to check out the animal's situation, and my goodness, I felt so sorry for all the animals there.
I did not know this before, but many PETSMART stores also sell dogs and cats at the store!
