- How we met:
- Most were rescues that people abandoned, others i bought.
I work at a local pet store. The store i work for does not support puppy and kitty mills, we encourage adoption from the local animal shelters. We also do not believe large parrots should be pets. They are wild animals, and the store currently is home to 6 rescue birds. We also take animals to the local schools and talk about responsibility and compassion for free. We always ensure people go home with the correct information and my job gives me a chance to educate.
