i need help i think my nabour is abouzing there dog!!! it is alwaz at my house i finely just said no and it is now living at my hous?? but they dont no what do i do??

roxy and gunny we got at a aspca. pounce i got for my birthday. freckels needed a home. jaws,chinny, all came from petco.
