At 3:29pm on September 4, 2008, tamara said…: I need help and info on what to do. Also we have a humane society called oregon outback humane society of lakeview,oregon Lake county. I contacted dj weiser who works for them so she is taking the dogs photo to the sheriff today. I dont know what will be done as also she had kept homeless dogs on her property tied to the fences with no food or water,the person who hung my dog in the barn. The sheriff said he never heard of any person doing this even if they chased livestock she has no livestock had none at the time either.
