So I've talked with my neighbor Joan and learned a lot about the new neighbors. They are Iraqis but the dad of the family worked with the American army for 3 years (which is why he can speak English really well) and he did electrical work for them. Every night he had to change his clothes before coming home because if the Sheities saw him working with the "enemy" they would kill him and his whole family. So I have new neighbors below me. The last neighbors and I did not get along, and with just one 4 yr old, you'd think they were tearing down walls there was so much noise. When I learned these new neighbors that were going to be moving in had 3 kids...I was ready to move.
