Hi, I'm Missy. I am the inspiration for Mrs. Clark's newest website called Mrs. Clark's Critters. She has been blogging for awhile now over at: http://howtonailjellotoatree.wordpress.com on her spiritual parenting blog.

I am new to the world of canine blogging so please be patient with me while I learn not to hit five keys at one time with my paw.

A little about my background; I was found by Mrs. Clark's stepson back in December of 2007 running up and down the road beside his house. I have not told anyone why I was there, I like to remain mysterious. At first it was hard for me to trust strangers, but I have slowly learned no one will harm me now. Unbeknown to me, Mrs. Clark had been having dreams about a white dog with black spots just prior to this. She had told her husband about these dreams. He came to visit his son one day and there I was. His son had taken me in temporarily with plans to take me to a safe shelter as soon as he could. Mr. Clark saw me and remembered his wife's dreams. He took a photo of me with his cell phone to show her.

Well, when she saw the photo she melted and asked if they could come get me. Their beloved dog Jasmine had been put to sleep about a year before.

They all came a couple of days later and took me to their home about an hour's drive away. I was a bit unsettled at first, but they assured me everything would be alright. Since my whereabouts prior to them finding me was a mystery, they decided to name me Missy for short.

I'll tell you more about me later, time for a potty break.
