Your cat looks like littleshit. He is an orange tabby, but it looks like he's been playing in the sand, plus he has lion eyes, their gold just like the male lions in the wild. Cute pic.
Hi there! Thanks for the friend invite. I loved reading about your baby! I have a couple bottle fed orphans who will not stay out of the water. I made the mistake once of putting water in a plastic bowl, and Simon discovered that he could tip the bowl and play with the water as it poured all over him! Now he tries to tip the ceramic bowls. I always keep the toilet lid down, but he has discovered how to get under the toilet seat and play in the water that way!! GROSS! LOL The first time we saw him do that we were horrified, then just had to shake our heads and wash the rugs a lot. All of my cats love Q-tips, they'll dig them out of the trash to play with them. I would love to see a pic of your guy playing the drums, I bet that's awesome!!
Used Q-Tips, eh? What is it with Q-Tips? I've had 3 male cats that just love to play with, chew on, trash 'em, spread out, and generally make a big mess of Q-Tips. Used or not. My current Q-Tip eater is Piccolo. Funny, I thought it peculiar just to mine.
And the water bowl thing. Someone here offered the thought that perhaps the cats who play in the water bowl before drinking are probably wanting to see if the water is fresh. Perhaps one of those pet drinking fountains would solve that problem. My Piccolo and Xena both play and dig in the water to get it moving before drinking. Piccolo has recently discovered that the toilet is a great place to find moving water. Just sit by the toilet, yowl, and wait for someone to come and flush. Voila! Fresh moving water to play in. Ackkk. We now keep all the lids down to keep him from excavating all the water in the bathrooms and just to keep the area clean. I did have one cat (Benji) who would lie down in a tub of about 1 inch of water to cool off.
Thanks for sharing your pet's uniqueness.
