Visit (FFASC) Fight For Animal Safety Communities The reason I started this group on the Ning network was to broaden and expand the knowledge of animal cruelty and to gather people to join the site and become one for animals . I don't want to draw members away from the ASPCA community, I just want you all to have a chance to check out the Social Network and maybe join.

Thank you Mandy. I apriciate those words more than you know. Sometimes the greyhounds are lucky other times we are left in mourning over lives lost. When I look at my three ex-racers I realise just how fortunate I am to have such dear loving souls in my life. I am greatful for every minute of every day spent with them they are just wonderful as is my whippet the one in my avatar his name is Mike he is such a loving welcoming soul I could not have asked for a better fourlegged family than the one I have got. To have friends like you is an added bonus. Thank you for letting me rambel on like that. Lots of love to you and your Lisbeth and the snoozing lads.Ps Thanks so much for the positive newsabout the greyhounds.

Hello Mandy. I got the message from Grey2kusa. The greyhoundrescue comunity is worldwide and we help each other out as much as possibel. I live in Denmark but have a lot of international contacts and do my utmost to help when the call goes out I contact all those that I know they contact the ones that they know and in that way a lot of lives are saved this is a rather urgent message as 900 greyhounds will loose their lives if no one comes forward to help them this is the harsh reality of greyhoundracing and the fate of too manny surplus greyhoundsRest asured the news has been spread to all corners of the USA as that is where they greyhounds are located. If you ever have any questions of querries about racing greyhounds and their plight i will always be here and do my utmost to answer you and help as much as I can. Most sincerly Lisbeth Mønsted Larsen Greyhound Action Denmark.

Hey I love my brindle her name is Ginger to my husband but she answers better to Ginger Ann. My husband swears she is his dog but i've trained her and I'm the only one that she listens to. She is somewhat aggresive to strangers who come inside our house until she sees one of us with them. We just took her this morning to get her shots and were kindof nervous on how she would do but she just stood there and took it. She is very friendly to other dogs which most people that i talk to say is weird for a pit.
I just posted a picture of her so you could see what she looks like. I know that you will think she is as beautiful as I do.

Mandy,

I am looking for support in a fight for all pitbulls in Oregon. Over this weekend, Multnomah County Animal Shelter took in a pitbull with part of it's back leg missing. Without even bandaging it, let along giving it pain meds or anything else, the dog was taken straight to the temperament test room and given the test. So here is a pitbull in pain, bleeding all over the room and grumpy, but they want it to pass a temperament test to get treatment. This is rather bordering if not animal cruelity, and I will have the full records tomorrow on this temperament test, along with Multnomah County Animal Shelter's email address. I want these posts spread to any and all pitbull advocates that you know, I want the multnomah county animal shelter's email box over flowing with complaints about this treatment. I will also be writing the ASPCA myself, and asking for the facility to be shut down, and totally restaffed before being able to open up and resume operations. Please let me know if you will support me on this fight.

Thank you so much... I have the background in tan and grey if they would work better... let me know... I'm gonna put them available for download as soon as some of the stuff calms down and I have time to seriously work on the site again.

I'm already part of the pboc community, and have several from there that said they would cross post my site.. :D I also have a badge, that is used on just about everything on my site.

I have some pics of some kids, and as you see the kitten... she's a good girl. :D I'll have to do some more. I've been in it every day editing things. I added two spits off of my forum, for adoption and fostering... I can't do more than that without upgrading, and I'm barely paying for the domain now. LOL As far as ladies... I get along better with ladies as far as friendships go usually... so that don't bother me.

well you are keeping them entertained with a ball, so that probably helps, but the main thing you got to remember is the number one rule of pitbull ownership, never trust your pitbull not to fight. As originally, that is what they were bred for. Dosha is sweet until it comes to territory, and it sounds like you kind of have the same issue. Thanks for listing my site... I'm hoping to get quite a bit of traffic to it.. I have it listed in google and yahoo... can't even find it on google unless I type the site name in, I'm on page 16 on yahoo under pitbull rescue. I think as the site becomes more popular, it moves up... so here goes hoping. LOL
