I think this guy should be verbally reprimand, but that's it, he is in Iraq in a war situation and people behave different when we are at war. We kill millions of dogs in this country every year and SPCA can't do a thing about it. Who every you are, I think you made people in your base safer, dogs are dirty. I am not proud the way you did it but I just want for you to be safe, if the killing of this dog made the base safer so be it...
