My other dog is unfriendly and agressive towards us

My other dog is a pekingese. He is five years old. He does not like me or my hubby. We have had him for a month and a half. If you try to pet him or move him he snaps and tries to bite. He also pees every where. If we dont use puppy pads he goes on the carpet. He wont go outside. Its driving us crazy and we wont abandon him but we need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry you are having such problems with your new dog! I'm attaching a file on house training to help you, but I would also like you to seek professional advice regarding the aggression. Treatment for the type of aggression you describe requires that you teach the dog to tolerate your touch through what is known as counter conditioning. Progression with the treatment is dependent on the dog's reactions during treatment. I'm attaching a file that will help you locate the right person.
