Deaf Cat & one of my New one don't get alone

Jinx Came to my home from Az as soon he came he started to attack everyone at home , but my bigger poblem it's Simi (deaf ) that now he's obssesed wanting to atack Jinx back (Jinx Attacked him from the day one) Now Jinx Live on my spare room and when he got out my other go to my room
There is spmething that I can do to make them live in peace?

Adriana~ I adopted an elderly deaf cat (17 y/o) a few years back after his 95 year owner had died. The first month was hellish with the aggression on both sides from him and my hearing cats. Someone suggested to me a product called "Feliway". It's an electric diffuser that puts some sort of "cat friendly" scent into the air and is supposed to calm aggression. It truly worked wonders, and "Tony" our deaf cat was able to be a part of our family up until his death last year.

Hi Katie, Thank you for your comment. I tried already but doesn't work with them :( , also got feliway spray, rescue remedy, out of control remedy, etc. but no luck so far!
Before my life was so easy and peaceful, had 4 cats Ashlye, Cinderella, Sock & Simi (Deaf). on September, 2006 I rescued two cats from Arizona Awnee & Jinx. Awnee gets alone pretty well but Jinx chase and attack Sock, Ashlye & Simi (since he's deaf) it makes things worse and I really get scared, the fur is all over the house! It's terrible
I really love Jinx because he's soooooo very sweet w/me and w/every cat that came to my house (because also I hove 2 foster) but his main problem it's Simi. I really don't know what to do, other to keep him in one room and get turns who will be out w/the rest and the other would go to the other room . NO EASY!!!
