Question regarding my dog

My dog won't leave the house if either me or my boyfriend are still in it! This suddently started a year or two ago and we can't figure out why.
I can put on her collar and get her leash and if my boyfriend is home she won't budge! Same thing if I'm home -- now everytime we walk the dog we both have to go and we walk a lot!
I would walk more often, leaving my boyfriend home, but she won't go. She parks her butt and won't move. If I put her in the car and drive to the local park, if we left Scott home, she won't get out of the car. If the other one isn't home, it's not an issue. This becomes a problem when one of us is sick or extremely busy with something other than the dog. Any suggestions to fix this controlling pup?

have you tried coaxing her with training treats (pieces of chicken or other moist training treats or whatever special treat she likes) ...after you put the leash on hold a treat in your hand and let her sniff it and slowly lead her out the door with it then when she is outside, give her the treat as a reward. if she stops again once you are outside, do the same thing as you start walking ...

also, if you can, have your boyfriend go into another room so she doesn't see him when you leave to take her out...
