I Want to Stop the Next Show, Please Give Idea's!

I am not sure what else I can do do stop this guy besides sign a petition. If anyone has any idea's as to what we can do, please post an idea, and please sign this petition. I feel this is important, and we can save the next dog from being starved and being put on displayed. Does anyone know where this show is being taken place at?

here is the websithe that shows all the details about this case

ASPCA RESPONDS TO OUTCRY OVER “STARVING DOG” EXHIBIT
http://www.aspca.org/site/PageServer?pagename=media_newsalert050208#1
Late last week the ASPCA issued a press release in response to the tremendous outpouring of public concern over a 2007 art exhibition by Costa Rican artist Guillermo Habacuc Vargas that featured an emaciated dog. Because reports on the duration of the exhibit and the condition and fate of the dog vary widely—including those issued from the Nicaraguan gallery involved and Vargas himself—it is impossible at this time to know conclusively what happened, or if the images and stories flooding the Internet are real. However, the ASPCA understands and shares the outrage felt by animal lovers over this alleged act of cruelty that, if true, sadly is not a criminal act in Nicaragua.
... What we need to do is step up our efforts to educate the public on the humane treatment of animals so that such events do not occur again.”
Online activity regarding this incident has increased steadily over the last several weeks after many websites have reported that Vargas is planning to participate in the VI Central American Visual Arts Biennale later this year in Honduras.
While the ASPCA’s programs are limited to the United States, we are a member and supporter of the World Society for the Protection of Animals (WSPA). WSPA and member society the Honduras Association for the Protection of Animals and their Environment (AHPRA) have persuaded organizers of the Honduras Biennale to make AHPRA official exhibition observers. Additionally, although Vargas has stated that his exhibit will not feature a dog, the Biennale has agreed to codify rules prohibiting animal abuse. WSPA has also indicated to the ASPCA that it will increase efforts to enact stronger animal protection laws in Nicaragua.

If anyone thinks this is art then they should tie themselvelves up right next to the dog and starve right along with him. How long would they last? For each person that stood around and watched this and did not help this animal, I hope you are never in need of someone's help. What if they just stand there and looked at you hurting, bleeding, dying or all of the above and did not HELP you because your hurting and/or death is ART to them.

Someone should have stepped up and cut that dog free!!! IF it came from the streets I'm sure he didn't have a license for it. Why didn't anyone call the Humane society or police? Animal cruelty is illegal!!! I don't know how he got away with this because the musuem should have recognized this brutality!!!!

Walk in there everyday and slip the dog food. LOL Or call the cops. It's illegal to starve a dog when you can afford to feed him or her. And if you can't feed them you take them to a pound.

Can we contact the muesum and beg them to stop him? But he will go somewhere else, right? Can we get their gov involved? Do those kinda places even have animal rights? Who can we talk to? Lets get on this!!!

check out the "rome treaty" it's the treaty that created the international penal court, check also the United Nations "resolutions" on animal cruelty. This man has not set foot on any country that is not part of it... see how we can flex the law so that we can get him, as a lawyer, I would put my money on international treaties and the U.N resolutions because they are legally binding to their members, forcing the countries to use local law enforcement if they have to.......... if the above don't convince you, just pay the mafia! I'm not kidding, they'll take care of his "art"

Best Of Luck!

IMPORTANT!!!! many countries have ratified international treaties against cruelty to animals, they also have local regulation for this matter, as soon as this man tries to do the same thing in your country PRESS CHARGES AGAINST HIM!!! now, if the country does not have any laws for this, you can always use smoke bombs.... and well, use your imagination, you know the rest.... Or, you could pay a hit man office. killing this bastard by tying him to a tree and letting him starve is something that can be arranged by paying your local mafia... hell! if he ever comes to my beautiful Colombia, trust me, he's not getting out
