Horrendous acts of cruelty against innocent puppies

Hello, I am very upset with human behavior today. In our local community two people (two have been officially charged and a teenage girl is believed to also be involved) broke into an animal shelter and stole puppies, four of which they brutally beat to death and displayed on the street like trophies. This morning Kim AKA Kitten Wilson sent me a video. She is collecting donations to get a security system installed in the shelter to avoid any more chance of repeat offenders following suit. Through people all over the US donating they have gotten enough to put in a security system there and are saving for the Humane society as well. I guess every community bad or good is in need of security now, it is so sad.

I can't watch these videos. Too physically empathetic and my blood pressure is too dangerous. But, I see the post that they dropped the felony charges due to lack of evidence???? Is that not what is on the video and didn't they display their trophy murders for bragging rights? I must be missing part of this, what do they need to prosecute these monsters?
BTW Colleen, I don't Linda was being critical but simply expressing her grief that ANIMALS like these youngsters force rescue operations to spend $$ to protect 'helpless' animals from these poor excuses of human beings rather then apply it to the endless job they are trying to do.
