Hello,
On the photo seems to be an Indian Ring Neck (I had a blue one!). They can be recognized because of the bright red beak. To feed a parrot is fairly easy. They love fruits (especially grapes, apple, peach), they also need bird food adapted to their size. This can be found in any pet store. But do take some good quality pellets. My birds love cereals, but this is too fattening, so be careful. A little bread is also a winner. And most of all, always fresh water. Never warm, always cold. And a place to take a bath. The water there, should not be too cold.
Bonne chance
