- A friend of mine, Dam had a litter, it was love at first sight so I adopted Callie.
- Pet likes:
- Callie loves to chase squirrels, balls, Frisbee's, and shoreline tides that move onto the beaches.
- Pet dislikes:
- Callie dislikes her baths, dislikes nail trimming, and dislikes staying at home if we go out.....
- Pet’s favorite spot:
- On our bed of course...
- Pet’s favorite toy:
- tennis balls and a toy stuffed squirrel.
- Pet’s silliest habit:
- nudging my leg as I eat, begging for a morsel or two.
- Pet’s sweetest moments:
- lying on my lap with her head on my chest looking into my eyes wagging her tail while I pet her.
- I crack up when my pet:
- Runs and hides under the bed when i spell out the words to my husband that Callie needs some medicine for her hot spot near her tail.. I swear that dog is human and can spell too!
- My pet is unique because:
- No matter what she loves me for me. Good day, bad day, no matter what. Shes the best and very smart too.

Did you see my Dakota? Is there a resemblence there or not between our two babies? I still cannot get over it.
Glad to have you here in the community. There are so many good people with such big hearts and knowledge about our animals. I also belong to two other communities here on NING. justiceonceandforall.ning.com. It is another animal right/advocate site for rescue groups, fosters, ect. I love it there too. Everything is grouped by subject so it is easier to comment on things and take action on things.

We have not met yet but my name is Christine also and I too have a Sheltie who looks IDENTICAL to your baby. The resemblence is almost spooky as she really has the same face as my 5.9 year old male Sheltie, Dakota. I have his photo in my slide show on my page here if you would like to see Dakota. Really, I cna't believe the resemblence. I was looking through the members and I saw your baby and took a hard look at her picture as I am a Sheltie lover as well so it drew mt attention right to her. I am curious what you think if you see what I see. WOW! Amazing.
