Proud pet parent of:
Two Chihuahuas; Snow & Miracle
How we met:
I stole Snow (the mom) because she was living in really bad conditions. After a while I told the owners, and they just said it was OK, since they knew I love animals.
Pet likes:
Anything to bite...anything!
Pet dislikes:
Strangers, they bark like crazy :S
Pet’s favorite spot:
Under my piano. Hahaha, they are so funny.
Pet’s favorite toy:
Rubber balls, teddy bears, and my shoes.
Pet’s silliest habit:
Trying to bite her tale.
Pet’s sweetest moments:
Everytime.
I crack up when my pet:
When Miracle stands on her both rear legs when she wants my food, and when Snow smiles, she actually does smile, she looks so funny, dorky, and cuuute!
My pet is unique because:
They are the most beautiful living things I've ever seen.

Thanks to all the visitors that leave comments and petitions to sign in my profile, I really appreciate it, and that we share a care for animals, the most beautiful kingdom of all domains.

SERIOUSLY, WHAT WOULD WE DO WITHOUT ANIMALS? THEY MAKE US SMILE, THEY SAVE OUR LIVES, THEY ARE WITH US WHEN WE ARE SAD, AND IN OUR HAPPIEST MOMENTS, THEY HELP US WITH OUR DISABILITIES, THEY CAPTURE THEFTS, WHAT ELSE COULD WE SAY ABOUT ANIMALS? THEY ARE REALLY ONE MORE MARVEL OF THE WORLD. PLEASE CARE FOR THEM, WE BELONG TO THE SAME KINGDOM, WE HAVE A COMMON PARENT, AND WE ARE LIVING CREATURES JUST LIKE THEM, RESPECT ANIMALS, SAVE ANIMALS, LOVE ANIMLAS!

Hi Reyna: I checked in Pittsburgh and the org that they have is SPCA that deals with neglected pets and puppy mills. I located an ASPCA chapter in Lancaster, PA which is approximately 400 miles from me. I got the name of the county representative, PA community - Jodi Wendling but a phone number was not listed. I will give you my email if you have a connection as to a phone number of Jodi. One of US senator's for PA is Bob Casey (D) and Arien Spector (R). My email is Martml56@aol.com. Any other suggestions you might have will be appreciated. Thanks Reyna
P.S. All I want is for justice to prevail and too many fur babies are passing away because of the negligence of the administration of too strong drugs by vets. My heart is heavy now and I don't want others to experience what I did. Believe me, they are out there and just let it go and say what can I do? We all can do something if we set our minds and heart to protect these babies! We have that responsibility!

Hi Reyna: Thank you for all your help; You seem to have some contacts and I will support you with any other help you can give. My daughter and I are going to go over the suggestions you gave.....It may take some time but I am determined to help all of these innocent babies that have or will pass away because of (just like our md's) greed for money and really not caring about these precious souls. I never, never want anyone to go through what I experienced. They call themselves professionals! By the way, Reyna, when you get a chance, I have my baby Simey on a world-wide website, she is all over the world, it is called www.critters.com and click on "Simey"----(cat). As you will see by the pictures, we we inseparable. God I miss her so much. It really is horrific when I think of the way everything was handled. God Bless You, Reyna, for all your help. Reyna,
Just wanted to know your thoughts..Should I start by contacting this website or by trying to find a local chapter of the ASPCA to contact?

Hi Reyna: Thank you for your kind response regarding the horrific doing of the vet that administered the antibotic, Baytril. My baby was diagonised with CRF (kidney problem) after bloodwork on a Monday and Friday she was dead. She was allergic to the drug in the past, even one half mg and I specifically called him and (new vet out of med school) said I wanted the sub-q-hydration and he seemed to understand. I consulted a vet in Canada and he said I had to get her on sub-q-hydration immediately. I took her up to the clinic on Thursday and Friday morning I called at noon and wanted to pay her a visit. They told me her blood pressure was up and I said I want to come up immediately. They said not to come up until 3:00 or 3:30 pm - It is a 20 mile drive so we came up around 3:15 for a visit. We were kept waiting 45 minutes and no one else was in the waiting room. When I was allowed to see her, I was in shock! She was in a breathing mask and struggling for every breath. I said "what is going on, what happened. She was walking, ate tuna before she left home, sunning herself in my bay window and she was actually dying on the table. She saw me and wanted out of the mask. Her eyes were pleading for me to help her and I told them to take her out of the oxygen and I wanted to hold her. She laid her head on my heart and could hardly breathe. They told me to take her to a clinic about 20 miles away and I asked if they had oxygen to transport her and the vet said no----you will have to euthanize her. I was in shock!!!!!!! I said give me her blankets and other items I had for her and said I'm taking her home. When God wants her, He will take her. All they said was goodbye! No more than I got her to the car, she struggled and died in my arms, laying her head on my heart. It was the most horrible experience I ever went through in my life. Oh by the way, the vet said we are "leaving at 5:00 and no one can be here to watch her! They had the nerve to call the next day and wanted to know if my Simey was OK! They knew damn well she had died. The following week I got a bill for over $300.00 and when I read the bill, he gave her 22.6 mg's of Baytril which she was allergic. I said my God, that is why she had the heart attack. Just to pacify me, they made a donation to the vet hospital in Philadelphia in her memory. I didn't want a donation, Reyna, I wanted my Simey. I took the whole crew to small claims court and of course their lawyer was there and they didn't have to say a word. According to the laws of PA as I stated before, a vet can kick you pet, give wrong meds, probably sell to a lab, mame your pet,---------Your pets HAVE NO RIGHTS! I went there for closure, Reyna, and I didn't get it. I am suffering the consequences now and what about this vet? I wanted the veterinary association to put a strike against this vet in his practice; this isn't the first case. A lady told me the same vet was treating her cat for an eye infection and she brought him back as it wasn't getting better. He took her 8 year old cat in the back, gave him a shot, and came out and said I'm sorry you pet died. I asked her what he gave him, and she didn't ask. She had a bill for over $600.00 for treatments and to pacify her, he reduced her bill for half the amount! Big deal! So Reyna, I am angry and I want some things looked into. I need help from others to investigate what is happening in our clinics to protect our babies. I feel the meds they are administering are way TOO STRONG FOR THEIR BODIES and of course they make money from the owners; lots of money, and I feel alot do not care about the animals only the wallet. Thank you for reading this Reyna, and please write back anytime. I have been sick, just sick and am going to a pet loss group. She was my precious baby, my second daughter and I will love her until I take my last breath. Thanks Reyna & God Bless You
