I am wondering if should an rescue group not have a necessary surgury performed on a dog in order for him to eat and to eat without pain, is that considered neglect or abuse? Its been claimed that they are not having it done as he has tape worms. My vet here that saw the dog and felt sure that his heart was strong enough to withstand being put under for the surgury didn't feel that it couldn't be done just because of tape worms. Just some information of this would be helpful as I have contacted, lord, about 8 or 9 different agencies and no one will even return a message let alone help. So Please, I beg of you, just some info on whether or not this sounds or appears to be a danger for the dog involved. I'm a so worried about him and there is nothing I can do so if it sounds fine to you that may just ease my heart a little. Thank you. The pic of his mouth from the gum desease is on my page, I wasn't able to get pics of the 2 absessed teeth that he also has.

By working towards stamping out cruelty to the most vunerable, animals - children - the elderly, we will make this planet a better place for all !

And perhaps some wonder why am I here - being in the UK, well there is no boundaries, no borders when it comes to compassion :) We are united as one and work hand in hand :) !
