I didn't know you had a page on here. LOL! I am in one of your yahoo groups. Hey, started a new group called Pet Attraction
i will visit your group, though i don't know of any 2 legged candidates right now. i used to work in a program that used therapy horses for challenged kids. how young do the dogs need to be for training? i have 6 other retriever x rescues (all under 1 yr) that may be good for service/therapy. i have 2 weeks to re-home them. all have been dumped or surrender (except 1). patti knows whats going on. i've been on-line for almost the last 72 hrs explaining to anyone whats going on and i'm tired. i have 2 weeks.
Thanks for the comment on the rescue train thread regarding Lenny. I was glad to help out. I hope you enjoyed the photos eventhough they don't do him justice. I am going to the rescue to visit him tomorrow so I will try to get better shots of him.
I also wanted to invite you to visit my discussion group called "Therapy Dogs". I created it with the hopes of increasing awareness and participation in animal assisted therapy activities around the country. Perhaps you know of some good candidate (2legged or 4) that you could forward the site to.
First time here? Still confused about where to post questions or how to upload a video? Check out this guide for a complete walkthrough of the community. Instructions are complete with screenshots to make learning your way around a cinch.
