Zoe; 3yr old American Pit bull terrier and Zack; 4yr old American Staffordshire x Dogo/American Bulldog (just a guess)
How we met:
Both Zoe and Zack were initially found on Petfinder.com. Zoe came from the Seattle Animal shelter and Zack came from the Seattle Humane Society.
Pet likes:
Zoe will one day be my agility/flyball champion, while Zack is ball obsessed. Both LOVE grilled chicken breasts.

its great to see someone who will adopt a pitbull most ppl wouldnt even think of it but thanks for helping them i have one that i adopted too her name is reese she is the mother to one of my big ole babies and she is a great and loving dog

I think it is great that the people around you are open minded enough to accept having a positive encounter with a bully breed. I love my dog and she is very people friendly and honestly I think she thinks she is the same size as my rat terrier- it is too funny to watch them play. Unfortunately where I live a lot of the pit bull/ bully breed owners are people who have them for the wrong reason. One time my husband and I were walking all of our dogs and this lady drove up to us and she couldn't see Nisa and said there is a guy coming up with a pit bull and we laughed because we had one too. The funny thing is the guy and his dog walked right past us and they didn't even look are way. I think it is great that there is a forum for pit bull owners to talk about the good and bad experience they have had with owning a bully breed. I know I try and set a positive example with Nisa and really all of my dogs.

Thank you- I saw your response to my discussion I LOVE MY PIT and I had to laugh. People are strange when it comes to dogs- you would have thought that the lady that came up to you would have taken meeting you as a good experience and hopefully shared it. Your Zoe looks like she is a cuddle bug like my big Momma. I would love to compare notes.

Thanks , Hanky thinks he's pretty handsome himself. Is that Zoe or Zac in your pic? I'm gonna take a wild guess and assume it's Zac cus of the Dogo in him otherwise that'd be one big pitter. lol. A beautiful dog none the less.

hey Faith, heis such a cute dog. I hope he is better than 1 that i have had a dealing with 10 years ago. I had a new colt and he came in and then we could not scare him out so we lost our baby. NOW I am not saying that everyone is the same I hope not. You look so comfy ith him.
