Starting a rescue center

Hello, I am trying to find anyone that can help my friend and I with any information about starting a non profit rescue and supply center. We are at the beginning stages and have no money, but it will happen just not sure when.
We plan on taking in the animals from other shelters that are going to be euthanized and find them loving homes. We also plan on selling the supplies to help with our funding.
I appreciate and information anyone can give me.

K9 Justice League dog rescue

So I just wanted to inform everyone that we are finally underway to starting our rescue center in Virginia Beach. Right now we are trying to come up with the money for our lawyer then all paperwork can be done. We will be having a fundraising event hopefully the beginning of next month and will also have some sponsorship from the Virginia Beach Animal Control-just waiting to hear back about the paperwork for that also. It is a VERY lot of work. I have plans on having a full rescue for ALL animals. And that is going to be a handful. Right now I'm just running the supply store trying to get the name out there and going to school to get my vet degree. After that I'll start my steps towards the rescue I dream of.
