I think I'm gonna stay clear of the forums for awhile. And any animal-related news. We got Reggie's remains back Monday. Not sure what else we're going to do with them. I'll probably just hang on to them for awhile. Went on our vacation and the subject came up with the tour guide at one of our stops. Rob and he were talking as I was off looking around. I come back to some story of "Yeah, i saw one in a tree, and I looked down and there was one smashed, someone probably run it over and the other pushed it out of the tree..." That shit upsets me. After I told Rob what had happened, he'd called the vet to ask if they know anyplace that does cremations and such for pets. Apparently the vet has such a service. I don't know what it'll cost, but I don't care. Reggie spent the night in our fridge so that he wouldn't "go bad" as it were. We took him to the vet this morning. Reggie died this morning. He seemed to be fine but two days ago he started bleeding from his mouth for no reason. We hoped it was a cut that would heal but it never did and he just kept getting worse. I was going to take him to the vet when Rob got home, but... Reggie didn't make it. We don't know what to do.
