- How we met:
- My husband and I adopted our cat, Leia less than a week after we got married! The people there nicknamed her "Shakey Cakes' because she was so nervous. When I picked her up she shivered and purred and shivered and purred! What a different cat we have now! She loves us when she feels like it or if we have food. Rotten cat. I love her so much! Jezebel we adopted before she got to the shelter. One of our favourite restaurants had a free border collie puppie sign. Even though they were mostly pit bull, we were happy to adopt one. Pit bulls are our favourite breed! We fell in love with Bomani when Jezebel came right up to him and started licking his ear and he was cool with it.
- Pet likes:
- Jezebel loves icy puddles! Breaking ice and splashing is fun! Kitty loves torturing Jezebel. Bomani loves attention and pets. He demands them.
- Pet dislikes:
- Jezzie loves everything, exept people on drugs. She can always tell somehow and won't go anywhere NEAR them! Kitty hates whatever she's not in the mood for. Bomani doesn't seem to hate anything so far.
- Pet’s favorite spot:
- Wherever the family is.
- Pet’s favorite toy:
- Jezzie loves her bone! Kitty loves her little sister Jezzie. Bomani loves string.
- Pet’s silliest habit:
- She follows the cat around everywhere until kitty gets tired of it and attacks her like a lion! (We're trying to break her of that habit, actually.) Bo-bo will bite your ear if he doesn't get attention.
- Pet’s sweetest moments:
- Jezzie lies down on the big chair and when Kitty thinks no one is looking, she snuggles beside her for a warm nap. Bo-bo is always sweet. He loves to love.
- I crack up when my pet:
- Jezzie burps in my husbands face, which she does several times a day. Kitty's funny when she falls off stuff. Clumsy cats are always funny.
- My pet is unique because:
- Jezzie's the friendliest dog you've ever met! Who says pit bulls are mean? Kitty hates other cats, but loves dogs! Also, she doesn't like catnip. Bo-bo holds his tail horizontally over his back instead of strait up in the air.
WOW, I'm not sure how you did it! But, you definitely captured my girl!!! I LOVE it Valerie. My dog had such soulful eyes. I am surprised you or anyone could capture that! AWESOME!!! The drawing is just beautiful and really does capture my baby and those wonderful, soulful eyes!

this past weekend, my bunny Al got sick. i took him to the vet this morning and he was diagnosed with an upper respehtory infection and his intestinal tract wasn't workning well. my vet gave me medicines and i took him home, got him comfprtable in his cage, told my dad to watch him, and went to work cuz i had to. he dies shortly after i left for work. i tried to save him, but it was his time to go. he wat 1.5 years old and was happy the whole time. i miss him very much, but i know he's waiting for me in heaven. i just wish i had got him help on time, maybe he'd still be with me.
