How we met:: She is a retired racer - I fell in love with another dog that I met through a friend and immediately went to get Bess. Love at first sight again!

Pet likes:: being on her own with me...:)

Pet dislikes:: other people and dogs, unfortunately, very shy!

Pet’s favorite spot:: sofa

Pet’s favorite toy:: my shoes

Pet’s silliest habit:: carrying her food bowls into the bottom of the garden...*sigh*....

Pet’s sweetest moments:: all the time..:)

I crack up when my pet:: rushes in with delight to get her late evening treats after being in the garden...

They are so grateful to get a nice home! My parents accumulate them like crazy, it seems! Five of the eight are actually theirs, and three are foster dogs. My dad isn't too keen on my mom's soft spot for the needy ones, since she always brings the home "only for a couple of days." That has turned into months and sometimes years!
They have Chloe at their house since I am too busy for a greyhound right now. I did adopt a cat last week, which I'm very excited about. She does have a case of UTI, but it is being treated.
Anyway, I am glad to be your friend on here. I hope your grey warms up to you soon! I love them!
