Stray(Pitbull). Stray is his name.
Spunky(longhair cat)
Goldie( Shorthair cat)
How we met:
Spunky has been a part of the family for 12 years. She was purchased from a pet store. She kind of reached toward me when I was walking by. Stray was left at my home by my cousin 3 1/2 years ago because he was no longer able to keep him. Goldie was abondoned by a neighbor who moved away and left her on the street pregnant. She has been with my for 7 months. She has given birth and all of her kittens have wonderful homes. She is the only one who has not been sterilized yet. But the appointment is for Oct. 30
Pet likes:
Stray loves to fetch sticks and balls. He also loves tug of war with a rope and meeting new people. Spunky is very laid back and likes to sit on your lap while you brush her. Goldie likes anything that she can bat around on the floor.
Pet dislikes:
Stray hates loud noises like thunder and fireworks. Goldie hates being alone. She will often follw me through the house if no one else is in the room with her. Spunky dislikes lots of visitors in the house. When we have family gatherings she will stay in a quiet room with little to no traffic.
Pet’s favorite spot:
Stary's favorite spot is anywhere he can lay in the sun.
Yeah i think pit mixes are the most beautiful dogs. Mine has jack russell in her so that makes her that much more hyper. But she is still a lap dog, and will jump up on me and lay lie she does in the pic. Shes heavy, but pure muscle.

I saw that trish left you a great answer to your "depression" question. I hope Stray gets better.
I have a suggestion for "death" issues and dog-companions of the deceased. I've always let my dogs witness the death of an "animal friend" or if that isn't possible - be with the body afterward. Animals - especially dogs understand death and trhey seem to adjust better to death of another dog is they are made aware of it or are present when it happens. It's sort of "closure" for them.

I think your pit Stray is a cute. Do you find that he has a huge desire to chew on everything is sight?
