Profile Information

My website or blog:
http://www.cookinfordogs.com
Proud pet parent of:
Jinger & Pizanno (Dogs)
Zeus, Sunny, Ameythst, Pepsi, Sprite, Chi-chi,Le'mon,Pepper, Tequila & Vinny (birds)
How we met:
Jinger was found by 805 S. in California, she had been abandoned. She was so scared it took 45 min. to approach her and take her home. Pizanno found me, I was holding a pizza and he was starving to death, he weighed a fraction of what he should have. He got some pizza and came home with me.
All of the birds are rescues, too. Le'mon was found wandering the parking lot of a bagel store in Pacific Beach, CA. Her wings had been clipped so short, they cut her bones. Still -she had managed to escape. She came right to me, and slept on my shoulder under my hair all the way home.
Pet likes:
Jinger and Pi both love my recipes I make for them. Pi still craves pizza.
Pet dislikes:
They don't like rules. They really don't like thunder or anything that sounds like it might be thunder.
Pet’s favorite spot:
Pi's favorite spot is in the bathroom curled up by the tub.
Jinger's is in the hallway, or the foot of the bed.
Pet’s favorite toy:
Jinger loves her music toy, it plays jingle bells when she squeezes it. Pi loves rawhide chews. Pi tried his music toy once -it played "We wish you a Merry Christmas" He looked at it, picked it up and left the room with it singing. Left it and returned, "Like, that was real annoying."
Pet’s silliest habit:
They pretend to be agility dogs, and race through the house.
Pet’s sweetest moments:
They are always sweet.
I crack up when my pet:
sleep on their backs like people
My pet is unique because:
They put up with me. The birds always talk back. Sunny likes her apples, especially the Red ones.

Mr. Mau loved to sleep on my head and purr in my ear. It was a bit distracting to say the least. I would let him for a little while, but I just couldn't sleep all nite like that. Often he'd wake me in the morning the same way, and he loved to fetch balled up napkins just like a dog. He was a wonderful cat for me, I miss him. He went to live with friends of mine, because I had to move very far away, I lost touch with them..I'm sure he has a great life.

I lost a friend and an entire group, because I wanted to view an entire picture and not just a tiny part of it. Plus I think they did not read my whole post, only the parts they were in oppositon with.
