- Orion our orange tabby baby boy and Jasmine our grey and white baby girl!
- How we met:
- I met Jasmine when I was ten. I man that lived in the same apartment building as my family and I said a friend of his had kittens they needed to give away. The next day he brought Jazz to us saying "Kitten delivery!"
I met Orion when our local adopt-a-pet called us and asked us to be a foster family for a male cat that had been put in a small kennel, that was put in a box, then wrapped in a blanket and thrown in a dumpster behind the local Petco. An employee of Petco heard him struggling and fished him out. He broke off his right top canine trying to get out of the kennel and he only weighed nine pounds. We instantly fell in love with him and knew we were his forever home!
- Pet likes:
- Orion likes to lie on his back on the floor and wiggle from side to side and itch his back.
Jasmine likes to "groom" our fingers by licking them vigorously! We say she is giving us "pet-a-cures"!
- Pet dislikes:
- Orion hates it when we laugh or shake pill bottles.
Jasmine hates it when we read out loud or anything new in the house......like pumpkins. She hates pumpkins!
- Pet’s favorite spot:
- Orion's is on one of his various perches or in the middle of a doorway so he can bite at your feet when you try to get through.
Jasmine's is making a nest under blankets on a bed or curled up behind my knees.
- Pet’s favorite toy:
- Orion's is his vibo-spider (a spider that has a string you can pull to make it vibrate).
Jasmine's is her baby kitten or anything with catnip!
- Pet’s silliest habit:
- Orion's is when he runs all over the apartment like a galloping horse and yells at the top of his lungs!
Jasmine's is when she takes her kitten toy and flings it up and hits the ceiling!
- Pet’s sweetest moments:
- Orion's is when he rubs his face against us and slimes us with his slobber.
Jasmine's is when she gives kisses.
- I crack up when my pet:
- For Orion it's when he hears someone in the apartment building hallway and he cried at the door like a security alarm.
For Jasmine it's when I peek around a corner and she chatters at me.
- My pet is unique because:
- Orion is unique because he lost his right top canine and is now our three fanged wonder!
Jasmine is unique because her left eye is blue and her right eye is gold!
