my two kitties!!!Nightshade and moonshadow!!!
How we met:
i wanted a pet cat because my ex wouldn't let me havea pet,but now that i'm divorced and living on my own,i CAN!!I saw an ad in the paper for two kittens and i took them both,brcause their both sisters and i didn't want to split them up
Pet likes:
my girls love their laser toy!!!And nightshade likes to paly a game i call"flick and fetch"i'll place a piece of kibble on my leg and flick it off and she "fetches" it!!
Pet dislikes:
they do not like to be held for very long
Pet’s favorite spot:
the couch by the window!!i live in a high-rise aptartment and i live on the ninth floor and my girls love to look out the window
Pet’s favorite toy:
the laser toy!!!That is,without a dought,the BEST TOY EVER!!!
Pet’s silliest habit:
they like,for some reaso that i can't understand,water!!!They haven't jumped into my shower yet,but it's only a matter of time before they do
Pet’s sweetest moments:
my girls aren't "lap cats"but they DO know when somethings wrong with me and they DO cheer me up
I crack up when my pet:
i have to laugh when i catch moonshadow getting into my clothes!!!She likes to scatter them all over the floor,i don't know why,but she likes to do this,and the look on her face when i catch her???PRICELESS???
My pet is unique because:
because they make me smile and they are my insparision to go to vet school

Yeah, I won't be near those neighbors for too much longer. I don't see how anyone could hate animals...but you know how cruel people can be! I'm glad you have your kittens...my boyfriend has a cat, named Cat! lol He named her - can ya tell? :)

Hi Lori...good to hear from you again. I have noticed that it really takes an effort to watch for labels on items...i'm so used to just grabbing what i think is neat or that i need. I'll get the hang of it, though, and hopefully it will help the kitties.

Hi Lori...I have totally do not want to have anything to do with China. I have not been able to read the link to the killing of cats; I have trouble sleeping and I hate to leave my cats just to got to work. Just the posted picture gives me chills. These babies carried off to their unknown future; that by itself horrifies me. I will check labels and not by anything from 'over there'. Any way we can get more people involved??? I've never been a fan of China stuff anyway, maybe we can do more? I'm ready for some brainstorming...for cats everywhere. Thanks, Lori, for listening to me.

wow sorry to hear that some one stole your ID , I am worried about that too, thats why I don"t check the bank acc or use the bank card to buy anything online ,thats a hacker more than likely ,I have been having some strange things going on with my comp,like it just starts typing strange stuff and im not even touching it so yea I kinda think it"s a hacker,most of the time this happens when I go to my Facebook Page and people are warning everyone to not except certain people as friends as they are hackers, thats why I think it may be a hacker. Well I wish you lots of luck in the police catching the person who did that to you.take care and please keep me informed how that goes. ttyl. Have A Great 4TH Of July.

yea, I am with you about cruelty to animals especially about declawing. Just because a human being can do it to a defendless animal they don't care, the person is not in pain like the animal is. What if, a person had to go through the same thing in declawing their pet or they couldn't declaw, I bet they wouldn't do it. I know it's a bazzar way to think but sometimes a person doesn't think about their pet before this is done, I think they are thinking more of themselves.
I am so glad that you adopted Nightshade and moonshadow, they sound wonderful and very playful. I bet you will do very well in your studies in vet school. :-)
