How we met:
We met in many ways...But the thing that connected us was when I looked into there eyes.
Pet likes:
All my pets love to be loved...
Pet dislikes:
Going outside when it's cold or rainy
Pet’s favorite spot:
In bed with us
Pet’s favorite toy:
All soft and stuffed toys so they can distroy them in about 5 minutes
Pet’s silliest habit:
Toot sits up with her back legs going straight out..not like a regular dog
Pet’s sweetest moments:
There all sweet even if there bad
My pet is unique because:
Toot is unique with her 3 legs and she doesnt sit or lay down like most dogs she always sits up on her back legs. I think it might be easier on her so her 1 front leg doesn't get tired

UPDATE ON TOOTS WHEELS.....SHE GOT THEM. I WILL BE POSTING PICTURES AND VIDEOS. WE ARE SO HAPPY SHE CAN GET AROUND NOW...

My little 3 legged girl..TOOT

TOOTs STORY
PLEASE HELP US GET HER WHEELS

Toot was born 3-23-2007 with a abnormality, she had 3 front legs.
1 on the right and 2 on the left which had to be amputated. We rescued her and her 6 other sibling in June 2007 and they were all adopted. After everything her and I had gone thru I decided to adopt her as my own knowing she would need special care. She has done well until recently. As she has grown it became appearent that the one front leg left was also becomeing deformed. With the stress of the pounding action trying to walk it has bent so severly that it wont hold her up anymore and is causing her pain. She had 3 options.. (1) take her to a special orthopedic vet and have major surgery with a 50/50 chance things would work out.(2)..have her Euthenized (put to sleep) which is out of the question, and (3) get her a set of wheels. A front end wheelchair which will allow her to get around run and play without any pain. That is the option we have chosen BUT we need your help to be able to take her and have a wheelchair made to fit properly and pay for it. They don't come cheep, the wheelchair by itself will cost about $500.00 after they customize it to her specific needs. Eddies Wheels in Shelburne Falls MA.

Aww Linda thanks. I love my lil Saydee May. She is driving me up the wall because it is kinda cold out and she would MUCH rather be outside than in, and she keeps chewing up my pillows and rugs, so I wanna put her out, but I am afraid she will freeze, LOL. UHHHH, what to do... Thanks for adding us!

My dogs would love to play with your dogs, I bet. I'm glad you have rescued so many. I would rescue more if I could, but I can't keep any more, so I volunteer at the local humane society and educate people. We have so many dogs who end up at our shelter, but we have provided new homes for 58 in the last 3 weeks (that's really good for a small KS shelter). We'd like to have you as our friend.
