Tomorrow (Tuesday), Amber is going to take a trip to Petsmart for a grooming service-
she's getting a bath, nail trim, and a fur trim. (it'll take about 3 hrs total)
I went to Petsmart earlier in the afternoon...
I bought 2 red glass barbs and now they're swimming around in my tank. I also bought a nylabone for Amber, but she wore down one of the knuckles too quickly. I had to take it away because she was swallowing the pieces she chewed off. (I wonder what type of toys are more durable that i can get for her?) I like bringing Amber to Petsmart so she can socialize. =]

My name is Christine and I too have a Shetland Sheepdog. I have always owned a Sheltie and LOVE this breed. Your Amber is beautiful. My Dakota is 5.9 yrs. old and is a Male and he too has been one of the loves of my life. He is the 5th Sheltie I have been around and the third that I have actually owned. I grew up with this breed and love everything about them except the continual barking. That I could do without but them being a herding dog, God made sure they had the voice to herd the sheep and the goats they were intended to herd.
Just wanted to say hello and share my sheltie story with you. hope to see you around the forum!
Christine
